Welcome to [JBUJB] (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”), a service that facilitates the discovery of businesses, table reservations, food ordering, and contactless payments. These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “T&Cs”) define the rights and obligations of users of our platform.
By accessing the Application, you accept these T&Cs as well as all associated policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
In these T&Cs, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
3.1. Access to the Application is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.
3.2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3.3. The Application may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or service improvement purposes.
3.4. Users agree not to use the Application for illegal, fraudulent, or non-compliant purposes with these T&Cs.
4.1. Users must create a personal account by providing a valid email address or phone number and a secure password.
4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity conducted through their account.
4.3. In case of suspected fraudulent use, Users must immediately contact customer support.

5.2. Information about businesses is provided by the businesses themselves, and the Application does not guarantee its accuracy.
5.3. Users acknowledge that orders are subject to the availability of Partner Businesses.
6.1. Prices displayed are set by Partner Businesses and include all applicable taxes in accordance with Moroccan tax laws.
6.2. Service fees may apply and will be specified before payment confirmation.
6.3. Payments are processed through third-party providers authorized by Bank Al-Maghrib, and the Application does not store any banking information.
6.4. In case of payment failure, the order will not be validated.
7.1. Cancellation and modification policies are determined by Partner Businesses and must comply with applicable Moroccan regulations.
7.2. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, unless otherwise specified by the business or required by Moroccan consumer rights.
7.3. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction and within the timelines mandated by Moroccan legislation.
8.1. The Application acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Partner Business.
8.2. The Application does not guarantee the quality of services or adherence to delivery or preparation timelines.
8.3. In case of disputes, Users must contact the relevant business directly. If unresolved, Users may escalate the issue to the competent Moroccan consumer protection authorities.
9.1. The Application collects and processes User and Partner Business data in accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
9.2. User and Partner Business information is protected and used only for the proper functioning of the services offered.
9.3. Users can access, modify, or delete their data through their personal account and may exercise their data protection rights with the CNDP (National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data).
9.4. User and Partner Business data will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, except with explicit consent or legal obligation.
9.5. The Application implements security measures in line with industry standards to protect personal information from unauthorized access.
10.1. All elements of the Application (logos, texts, images, interface) are protected by Moroccan intellectual property laws.
10.2. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the content is strictly prohibited.
11.1. The Application reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
11.2. Changes will be communicated to Users via notifications on the Application and must comply with applicable Moroccan legislation.
12.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
12.2. In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution must be attempted before any legal action. If unsuccessful, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
